Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice required for cancellations or reschedules. If you are late for an appointment the session will be cancelled without refund after 15 minutes have passed and treated as a 'no show'. If you attend late within the first 15 minutes, the session will still complete at the end of the allotted time. Exceptional circumstances are taken into consideration but it is important to commit to the sessions you pay for to ensure they fully benefit you.
